Bollywood’s iconic on-screen duo, Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone, are all set to reunite for their sixth film together. The stars officially announced their upcoming project, titled King, sending a wave of excitement across their massive global fan base.
Deepika made the revelation on Instagram shortly after stepping away from the sequel of Kalki 2898 AD. Sharing a picture with Shah Rukh, she recalled her Bollywood debut in Om Shanti Om 18 years ago, where she learned one of her earliest lessons from the superstar.
“Shah Rukh taught me that the people you make a film with matter more than the film’s success itself. I couldn’t agree more—and that’s why we’re coming together again for our sixth film,” she wrote.
Deepika’s journey in Bollywood began with Shah Rukh in Farah Khan’s blockbuster Om Shanti Om in 2007, a film that cemented her as one of the industry’s top leading ladies. Since then, the duo has delivered multiple hits and remains one of Bollywood’s most beloved pairs.
While the title King has been confirmed, the release date and further details about the film remain under wraps, leaving fans eagerly awaiting updates.
