(WEB DESK) – YouTube star MrBeast is set to expand his high-stakes reality competition series Beast Games with a third season featuring a country-versus-country format and a reported $5 million prize pool.
The upcoming season is expected to introduce a global competition in which every country will be represented by at least one contestant, marking a major change from the team-based formats of previous seasons.
According to the announced format, contestants will compete in a range of challenging tasks to win a share of the prize money. Casting information has reportedly indicated potential filming locations in countries including the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Japan, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and South Africa.
The contestant selection process has involved introductory video submissions, fan participation in country-based voting and final decisions by producers following background checks and screening.
However, the official release date and confirmed filming locations for Season 3 have yet to be announced. The series is expected to stream on Amazon Prime Video for audiences in more than 240 countries and territories.
Hosted and executive produced by MrBeast, the new season aims to expand the competition’s international reach and bring contestants from diverse backgrounds together in a large-scale reality television event.
