Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps said the attacks were part of a new wave under its ongoing operation, targeting locations including Eilat, Dimona, and areas near Tel Aviv using missiles and drones.
Israeli officials confirmed extensive air operations, with the air force striking over 50 targets across Iran, including military and intelligence-related sites.
Amid the escalation, Israeli President Isaac Herzog reportedly narrowly avoided harm after a missile landed near his location in northern Israel during a media engagement.
Meanwhile, U.S. President Donald Trump claimed significant damage to Iran’s military capabilities, including the destruction of multiple assets, while asserting a sharp decline in Iran’s missile and drone activity.
Reports also indicated casualties and infrastructure damage on both sides, with continued strikes affecting military sites, energy facilities, and urban areas.
The intensifying conflict has raised concerns over regional stability, global energy markets, and the risk of broader escalation involving multiple countries.
