TEHRAN (Web Desk) — Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian made an unannounced visit to a grocery store in Tehran, interacting with citizens and reviewing the availability of essential items, according to media reports.

Footage shared by Iranian state outlet Press TV showed the president walking through the store aisles, greeting shoppers and shaking hands with staff. The visit appeared aimed at assessing the supply situation and reassuring the public.
In the one-minute video, Pezeshkian was seen moving casually among customers, engaging in brief conversations while observing the store’s operations.
The clip surfaced online at a time when regional tensions involving Iran, Israel and the United States have intensified, with the conflict reportedly entering its fourth week. The visit is being viewed as a symbolic gesture to project stability and public confidence during a period of uncertainty.
Meanwhile, tensions on Israel’s northern border continue to escalate. A spokesperson for the Israeli military warned that direct action could be taken against Hezbollah if the Lebanese authorities fail to address security concerns.
Officials stated that Israel has long faced threats along its northern frontier and accused Hezbollah of continuing efforts to rebuild its military capabilities in violation of ceasefire understandings.
