LAHORE: Syed Rashid Shah, President of the Readymade Garments Gondi Peer Market and Adjacent Markets, Landa Bazaar, and Executive Member of the Pioneer Businessmen Group (PBG), has urged traders to extend their full support to PBG candidate Ali Hissam Asghar in the upcoming Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) elections.
In a statement issued on Friday, Shah appealed to the business community to cast their valuable votes in favour of Ali Hissam Asghar, describing him as a capable leader committed to strengthening the business sector and promoting the interests of traders.
He said the Pioneer Businessmen Group has consistently worked for the welfare of the business community and remains committed to ensuring sustainable trade growth, effective representation and a prosperous future for entrepreneurs.
Shah emphasized that the upcoming LCCI elections provide traders with an opportunity to elect a leadership that understands the challenges faced by businesses and is prepared to advocate for their interests at every level.
He called on members of the trading community to unite behind the Pioneer Businessmen Group and Ali Hissam Asghar, saying that collective support would help build a stronger and more effective chamber leadership.
“The business community needs experienced, dedicated and visionary leadership to address the issues confronting traders and contribute to economic development,” he said.
Reiterating his support for the PBG candidate, Shah said every vote would play an important role in shaping the future direction of the Lahore Chamber and strengthening its role in promoting trade and industry.
