TEHRAN (News Desk) — Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian has delivered a stern message, stating that Iran is ready to respond strongly to what he called “irresponsible threats” and provocative remarks.

In his statement, Pezeshkian said that repeated calls to eliminate Iran highlight the frustration of its opponents, particularly the United States. He stressed that such rhetoric would not weaken the country but instead reinforce solidarity among its people.
He further noted that Iran would not ignore escalating threats and would take decisive action if necessary.
Addressing regional security, the president pointed to the strategic importance of the Strait of Hormuz. He warned that in the event of any military action against Iran, the vital waterway could be restricted for hostile nations, while remaining accessible to allied countries.
As one of the world’s most crucial oil transit routes, any disruption in the Strait of Hormuz could significantly affect global energy markets and lead to rising oil prices.
These remarks come amid ongoing tensions in the Middle East, particularly involving Iran and the United States. Experts caution that continued escalation in rhetoric may increase instability in the region and have broader economic consequences worldwide.
