LAHORE: Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) President Ali Hussam Asghar led a high-level delegation to a meeting with Punjab Governor Sardar Saleem Haider Khan, with discussions focusing on business facilitation, economic growth and stronger public-private partnership.

Ali Hussam Asghar led the LCCI delegation in an engagement aimed at strengthening coordination between the business community and the provincial government and promoting a more business-friendly environment.
LCCI Senior Vice President Sardar Usman Ghani and Vice President Chaudhry Khadim Hussain also spoke on the occasion, highlighting matters of importance to the business community.
The meeting brought together a large representation of the LCCI leadership, including Executive Committee members Atif Amin, Ali Raza, Sheikh Muhammad Ibrahim, Muhammad Yaseen, Muhammad Ali, Mardan Ali Zaidi, Mian Maqbool Siddique, Tahir Manzoor Chaudhary, and Syed Azmat Ali and others.
Former LCCI President Mian Misbah-ur-Rehman, former Senior Vice President Nasir Hameed Khan and former Vice Presidents Haris Attaiq and Shahid Nazir were also part of the delegation, along with other prominent business representatives.
The participation of Ali Hussam Asghar and the senior LCCI leadership reflected the chamber’s emphasis on direct engagement with government institutions to advance the interests of the business community.
Ali Hussam Asghar reaffirmed the chamber’s commitment to constructive engagement, practical solutions, and sustained efforts to strengthen Punjab’s business environment.
The meeting also highlighted the importance of continued public-private dialogue to support economic activity, address business concerns and strengthen cooperation between the government and private sector.
