LAHORE — A growing number of traders have joined the Pioneer Business Group (PBG) in Lahore, marking a notable shift in the city’s trading and business politics as internal alliances among trader groups continue to evolve.
According to details, several office-bearers and market leaders from the Karim Block Market in Allama Iqbal Town announced their decision to leave the PFIA Founder LBF Alliance and join the Pioneer Business Group. The development was described by supporters as a significant boost for the PBG’s expanding influence within Lahore’s business community.
Those who joined the group include President Karim Block Market Malik Jamshed Khokhar, General Secretary Asif Khan, and Vice Chairman Imran Ahmed Khan, along with their associates. The announcement was made during a formal ceremony held in Karim Block Market, where local traders and PBG leadership gathered to mark the transition.
The event featured a warm welcome for the new entrants, with Chairman Pioneer Business Group Ali Hussam Asghar leading the reception. Senior representatives of the Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry, including Vice President Khurram Lodhi, were also present at the occasion along with members of the PBG leadership team.
