LAHORE (Web Desk) – The Punjab Bar Council has summoned lawyers representing both sides in the dispute involving actress Momina Iqbal and PML-N MPA Saqib Chadhar following petitions seeking suspension of their legal licences.
According to details, Disciplinary Committee Chairperson Abbas Chadhar directed lawyer Ramsha Iqbal and advocate Mian Ali Ashfaq to appear before the council.
The council said it had received separate applications requesting disciplinary action against both lawyers involved in the matter.
Ramsha Iqbal filed a petition seeking suspension of Mian Ali Ashfaq’s licence, while local lawyer Asif Wali submitted a separate application against Ramsha Iqbal.
In response to the petitions, the Punjab Bar Council formally summoned both lawyers to appear before its disciplinary committee for a hearing on the case.
