WASHINGTON (Dunya News) – According to US media reports, Russia is reportedly providing Iran with covert intelligence on American targets, indirectly assisting Tehran in its ongoing military operations in the Middle East.
The reports claim that Russia has supplied Iran with detailed information on the positions of US warplanes and military assets, enabling Iran to carry out more precise and effective strikes.
Since the beginning of the conflict, Russia is said to have continuously informed Iran of US military locations, allowing Iranian forces to plan attacks with greater coordination and strategy.
Media sources indicate that US military installations, radar systems, and command centres are among the potential Iranian targets, and attacks have been executed with high accuracy and tactical planning.
CIA and Pentagon officials declined to comment on the alleged Russian support, while the Russian Embassy in Washington also avoided responding to questions about intelligence cooperation.
US officials additionally noted that, so far, China does not appear to be providing Iran with any defensive assistance.
