LAHORE (Web Desk) – A Lahore court has directed authorities to restore the bank accounts of popular YouTuber Rahman, widely known as Ducky Bhai, after no evidence was found linking them to the promotion of a gambling application.

Judicial Magistrate Naeem Wattoo issued the written order while hearing a petition filed against the blocking of the YouTuber’s bank accounts.

According to the court ruling, the investigation did not reveal any proof showing that the bank accounts were used for transactions related to earnings from the promotion of a gambling app. The court therefore instructed the relevant authorities to immediately restore the accounts in accordance with the law.

The written decision stated that the petitioner’s lawyer informed the court that the investigation officer had frozen the accounts during the investigation process. However, the investigation report later concluded that there was no justification to keep the accounts blocked.

The report also clarified that the accounts had initially been frozen as a precautionary measure following the registration of an FIR. It further noted that the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) had not expressed any reservations or concerns regarding the accounts.

After the court’s order, Ducky Bhai will once again be able to use his bank accounts without any restrictions.
