GWADAR (Web Desk)– The Pakistan Motorway Police have been lauded for their integrity after recovering and returning a bag of gold jewelry worth approximately 2.2 million rupees to its rightful owner.
According to a police spokesperson, patrolling officers discovered the unclaimed bag containing the valuable ornaments near Gwadar. After securing the jewelry, officials launched an effort to locate the owner using social media and local networks.
Once the owner was successfully identified and all legal formalities were completed, the valuables were officially handed back. Expressing deep gratitude, the owner praised the Motorway Police for their swift action and honesty.
In recognition of their professionalism, Deputy Inspector General (DIG) West Zone Balochistan, Dr. Quresh Khan, announced cash rewards and commendation certificates for the officers involved. The Motorway Police reiterated their ongoing commitment to safeguarding public property and maintaining citizen trust.
