A New Milestone in Digital Transformation
Lahore (PR) The Punjab Provincial Cooperative Bank Ltd. (PPCBL) has signed an agreement with AutoSoft Dynamics (Pvt.) Ltd. for the implementation of a Loan Origination System (LOS).
This strategic partnership marks a significant milestone in the Bank’s digital transformation journey. The new LOS is designed to streamline and modernize the Bank’s lending operations by automating the entire loan lifecycle—from application intake and credit assessment to approval and disbursement—through an efficient, transparent, and technology-driven platform.
The agreement signing ceremony was attended by senior officials from The Punjab Provincial Cooperative Bank Ltd. (PPCBL), including Mr. Shahram Raza Bakhtiari, President/Chief Executive Officer; Mr. Muhammad Saleem Tahir, Group Head Operations/Chief Operating Officer; Mr. Muhammad Sheraz Shareef, Group Head Digital Banking; Mr. Syed Hassan Rizvi, Group Head Information Technology; Mr. Farooq Azam Malik, Group Head Risk; Mr. Muhammad Hassan Tariq; along with other senior executives of the Bank.
Representing AutoSoft Dynamics (Pvt.) Ltd. were Mr. Bilal Mehmood, Managing Director; Mr. Shahzad Rafiq, Chief Operating Officer; Mr. Khurshid Alam, Chief Financial Officer; Mr. Naveed Younas, Head of Professional Services; and Mr. Zeeshan Aman, Senior Vice President – Sales & Marketing.
The implementation of the Loan Origination System reinforces PPCBL’s commitment to innovation and digital excellence. It is expected to enhance operational efficiency, strengthen risk management, and significantly improve the customer experience by delivering faster, more transparent, and high-quality lending services.
