As Pakistan’s consumer market evolves, local manufacturers are playing a pivotal role in shaping quality-driven industries. Among the names making a mark in hygiene and homecare solutions is Waleed Tech (Pvt) Ltd., led by its dynamic CEO Nabeela Intisar, whose brand Rejuvinitals has emerged as a trusted name in detergents, disinfectants and household cleaning products. With a growing network of over 300 stores and expanding dealer presence across Lahore, Karachi, Faisalabad, Islamabad and Punjab, the company is setting new benchmarks in quality and innovation. In this interview, Nabeela Intisar shares her entrepreneurial journey, the science behind quality products and her vision for Pakistan’s cleaning solutions industry.

Q: Tell us about Waleed Tech and the journey behind Rejuvinitals?
Nabeela Intisar: Waleed Tech was founded with a vision to provide world-class cleaning and chemical solutions produced in Pakistan. We wanted to prove local manufacturing can compete on quality and innovation. Rejuvinitals was born from that passion. Over the years, we have developed a complete range of liquid detergents, disinfectants, toilet cleaners, dishwashing products and fabric care solutions designed for modern households. What started as a dream has now grown into a trusted brand available through more than 300 stores and a strong dealer network nationwide.

Q: What distinguishes your products in a competitive cleaning products market?

Nabeela Intisar: Quality is our foundation. Every product is developed through research, testing and strict quality controls. We use effective formulations that deliver performance while remaining safe for households. Consumers today are informed and demand products that are efficient, economical and reliable. Our liquid detergents, multi-surface cleaners and specialty products are developed keeping Pakistani consumers’ needs in mind. We don’t compromise on standards, and that is what makes our products stand out.

Q: Why have liquid detergents become increasingly popular among consumers?
Nabeela Intisar: Liquid detergents are convenient, effective and versatile. They dissolve easily, work well in all water temperatures and are gentler on fabrics compared to traditional powders. Consumers are moving towards products that offer better stain removal while preserving clothes. Our liquid detergent range responds to those needs with powerful cleaning action and fabric care benefits. It reflects how innovation can improve everyday life.

Q: Rejuvinitals has expanded across major cities. How important is your dealer network?
Nabeela Intisar: Our dealers are our partners in growth. Whether in Lahore, Karachi, Faisalabad, Islamabad or across Punjab, they help us reach consumers and strengthen trust in the market. A strong dealer network is not only about distribution; it is about relationships, feedback and shared growth. We invest in those partnerships because they are essential to building a sustainable brand.

Q: Your products are now available in hundreds of stores. How significant is this milestone?
Nabeela Intisar: It is very significant because availability reflects consumer trust. Being present in over 300 stores means customers are choosing our products and retailers believe in the brand. But for us it is not just about numbers. It is about reaching homes with dependable products that make life easier and healthier. We want to continue expanding while maintaining the quality people associate with us.

Q: How important is innovation in the cleaning and hygiene sector?
Nabeela Intisar: Innovation is everything. Consumer expectations evolve constantly. Cleaning products today are not just about removing dirt; they are about hygiene, convenience, sustainability and specialized solutions. Research and development allow us to improve formulations and introduce products suited to changing lifestyles. At Waleed Tech, innovation drives our growth and keeps us ahead in the market.

Q: As a woman CEO in manufacturing, what has your leadership journey been like?
Nabeela Intisar: It has been rewarding and challenging. Manufacturing has traditionally been male-dominated, but I believe leadership is about vision, discipline and perseverance. Women bring immense value to industry and innovation. My journey shows that with commitment and confidence, women can lead successfully in any sector. I hope my experience encourages more women entrepreneurs to enter manufacturing and business leadership.

Q: What role does quality assurance play in your success?
Nabeela Intisar: It plays a central role. Quality is not something added at the end; it is built into every stage — from sourcing raw materials to formulation, testing and packaging. Consumers trust brands that deliver consistency. That trust can only be earned through uncompromising standards. For us, quality is not a marketing slogan; it is a promise.

Q: What is your vision for the future of Rejuvinitals and Waleed Tech?
Nabeela Intisar: Our vision is to become a leading Pakistani and international name in cleaning and hygiene solutions. We want to expand our product portfolio, strengthen our dealer network and enter more markets while continuing to invest in research and innovation. We also want to contribute to Pakistan’s industrial growth by demonstrating the strength of locally manufactured products. The future is about growth with purpose.

Q: What message would you like to give consumers and aspiring entrepreneurs?
Nabeela Intisar: To consumers, I would say always choose quality because it delivers long-term value. To aspiring entrepreneurs, I would say believe in your vision, stay committed to excellence and never stop innovating. Success comes through persistence and passion. Pakistan has enormous potential, and I believe local industry can achieve global standards.

Q: Finally, what does the Rejuvinitals brand represent to you personally?
Nabeela Intisar: It represents trust, innovation and progress. It is more than a product line; it is a commitment to quality living. Every bottle on the shelf reflects years of effort, research and belief in Pakistani excellence. That is something I am proud of every day.
From laboratory innovation to household shelves, Nabeela Intisar’s journey reflects a blend of entrepreneurship, science and social progress. Through quality products, expanding dealer networks and a strong national footprint, Waleed Tech is helping redefine Pakistan’s homecare sector—one clean solution at a time.
