LONDON | June 2, 2026 – Diljit Dosanjh is poised to headline London’s Wembley Stadium on September 12, in what will be the biggest European concert of his career and a landmark moment for South Asian music on the global stage.
The announcement was made during his high-energy performance at Toronto’s Rogers Centre on May 31, where he revealed the Wembley date to an enthusiastic crowd. The singer also confirmed the news through an Instagram video, drawing massive excitement from fans worldwide.
With this achievement, Diljit is set to become the first Indian and first Punjabi artist to headline the iconic venue, placing him alongside global legends such as Michael Jackson, Queen, and Prince, who have previously performed there.
Wembley Stadium continues to attract top international acts, including upcoming shows by Harry Styles, My Chemical Romance, Bruno Mars, The Weeknd, and Bon Jovi.

The milestone adds to the growing presence of Indian artists in the UK music scene. In recent years, Arijit Singh became the first Indian artist to headline a UK stadium show at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in 2025, while Badshah made history as the first Indian rapper to headline The O2 in March 2026.
