LAHORE: – Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) President Mian Abuzar Shad met with President of Pakistan Asif Ali Zardari at a prestigious Iftar dinner hosted by Nawabzada Shehzad Ali Khan. The event was attended by Punjab Governor Sardar Saleem Haider, former Prime Minister Raja Pervez Ashraf, Federal Minister Ali Pervaiz Malik, Khawaja Shahzaib Akram, and other prominent political and business figures.

During the meeting, Mian Abuzar Shad presented a Golden Quran to President Zardari, a gesture highly appreciated by the head of state. Additionally, he submitted a comprehensive economic roadmap outlining key proposals for economic recovery, investment promotion, industrial growth, and export enhancement.
Emphasizing the critical role of the business community in national progress, Mian Abuzar Shad reaffirmed LCCI’s commitment to supporting government initiatives for Pakistan’s stability and prosperity.
President Asif Ali Zardari acknowledged the LCCI President’s contributions, lauding both the Golden Quran gift and the valuable economic recommendations. He stressed that strong collaboration between the business community and the government is essential for national development and economic stability.
