LAHORE: In accordance with the constitution and rules of Tehreek-e-Rayaan Pakistan, the party’s Chairman Mian Muhammad Rafiq Arain has announced an interim body for a period of one year. This announcement, dated June 27, 2025 (1st Muharram 1447 Hijri), is aimed at streamlining the party’s organizational structure across the country and to actively work for the welfare and development of the Rayaan community worldwide.
According to the notification, Muhammad Nawaz Ramy has been appointed as Ameer-e-Aala (Supreme Leader), with his office based in Sector B, Phase-VI, DHA, Lahore. Shafqat Ali Chaudhry has been named as Ameer, operating from PECHS Block 2, Karachi. Qazi Tariq Aziz has been designated as Nazim-e-Aala (Chief Organizer) from Mian Channu, District Khanewal.
Mian Tariq Jameel Ahmad from Sangla Hill, District Nankana, will serve as Fateh (Advisor), while Mian Muhammad Rafiq from Raa’yi Park, Lahore, takes charge as Editor-in-Chief. Senior journalist Mehar Jahangir Hayat has been appointed as Tahrir (Editor).
For legal affairs, Mehr Shahid Mehmood Advocate Supreme Court has been appointed as Director Legal, while Mian Mahmood Ahmad Advocate will serve as Assistant Director Legal. Mian Khalid Rabbani from Badami Bagh, Lahore, will hold the post of Secretary General, and Mehmood Ahmad Mian has been appointed Secretary Finance. Mian Muhammad Shafiq will serve as Secretary Media and Publications, operating from Johar Town and Ferozepur Road, Lahore.
The Chairman emphasized that this interim body has been formed to strengthen district-level units across Pakistan and to initiate fresh organizational setups where necessary. The newly appointed team is expected to play a pivotal role in furthering the mission of Tehreek-e-Rayaan Pakistan by promoting unity, social development, and effective representation of the Rayaan community both locally and internationally.
