LAHORE – A well-known businessman, Qari Iftikhar, was shot and killed during a robbery attempt in the Sabzi Mandi area of Ravi Road, Lahore. The incident has prompted swift action from senior police officials.
DIG Investigation Lahore Syed Zeeshan Raza and SSP Investigation Muhammad Naveed visited the crime scene to oversee the investigation. Forensic teams also arrived promptly and collected evidence from the site.
According to DIG Zeeshan Raza, a special team under the supervision of SP Investigation City has been formed to track down the culprits. He stated that the incident is being investigated from all angles, and the suspects will be arrested soon and brought to justice.
He added that the police are committed to solving the case and ensuring the killers are punished according to the law. The swift response from the police reflects the seriousness of the matter and their intent to maintain law and order in the city.
