LCCI President Faheem ur Rehman Saigol, Senior Vice President Tanveer Ahmad Sheikh, SAARC Chamber Vice President and former LCCI President Mian Anjum Nisar, former Senior Vice President Zafar Mahmood Chaudhry, and Executive Committee Member Riaz Shahid welcomed the delegation. The delegation was led by Alliance President Waqar Ali and Chairman Nabeel Mahmood Tariq, while other participants included Syed Ahmed Ali, Malik Irfan Sultan, Haji Ashfaq, Hafiz Imran, Raja Imran, Aslam Barkati, Khawaja Asim, and others.

During the meeting, participants discussed traders’ practical challenges, strict regulations, actions by the PERA Force, declining market confidence, and steps needed to improve the business environment. The delegation emphasized that without including the business community’s input in government reforms, economic stability cannot be achieved. They requested the Lahore Chamber to play its active role in conveying traders’ concerns to the government.

LCCI President Faheem ur Rehman Saigol said that the Lahore Chamber is the true voice of traders and has always acted as a bridge between the government and the business community. He stressed that the government must take the private sector into confidence during policy-making to ensure smooth economic activity. He assured the delegation that LCCI would continue advocating for traders at every forum and work to resolve their issues effectively.

Senior Vice President Tanveer Ahmed Sheikh said that reforms remain incomplete unless stakeholders’ input is considered. He urged the government to base its decisions on ground realities so that industry and trade can function smoothly.
