TEHRAN (Web Desk) – Iran has reaffirmed that its armed forces remain fully prepared to respond to any security challenge, saying military modernization and operational readiness remain top priorities as tensions continue across the Middle East.
Iranian military spokesman Brigadier General Mohammad Akraminia said the country’s defence forces are continuously strengthening their capabilities through indigenous technology, upgraded weapons systems and enhanced operational planning. He said the military remains vigilant and is closely monitoring developments across the region to ensure an immediate response to any potential threat.
The latest statement comes as regional security remains fragile following months of military confrontation, diplomatic disputes and heightened tensions involving several countries. Despite limited public appearances, Iranian officials insist the country’s leadership continues to oversee national affairs and strategic decision-making.
The absence of the supreme leader from public events has fueled international speculation regarding Iran’s internal political dynamics.
