LAHORE: Another brave young officer of Punjab Police has embraced martyrdom in the line of duty.

According to details, Dolphin Squad Lahore officer Muhammad Adnan embraced martyrdom, he got injured last night in the Hair area due to firing of robbers.

IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar paid rich tribute to eternal sacrifice of the martyred Dolphin officer Muhammad Adnan. IG Punjab said that Adnan sacrificed his life while protecting the lives and properties of the citizens.

He emphasized that the brave officers of Punjab Police will not hesitate to make more sacrifices for the safety of citizens. IG Punjab also assured that the family of the martyr Muhammad Adnan will not be left alone and will be provided with the best possible welfare.

IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar has directed DIG Operations Lahore to immediately arrest culprits involved in the shooting. He also directed that the other injured officer, Zafar, be provided with the best medical treatment. Dolphin officials Muhammad Adnan and Zafar were injured last night during an operation against dacoits in the Hair area of Lahore.
