LAHORE: The Training Forum, in collaboration with its Knowledge Partner, the University of Management and Technology (UMT), hosted a thought-provoking session on “Leadership and Ethics in a Changing World,” featuring the renowned academic and social reformist, Dr. Arfa Syeda Zehra.

Dr Saleha Waqar Butt, an educationist and marketing expert, was invited as a guest and later compiled a reflective and comprehensive review of the event, capturing its depth and core takeaways for publication in Tribune International.
In her review, Dr. Saleha highlighted the timeless relevance of Dr. Arfa’s talk, emphasizing the urgent need for ethical leadership in today’s rapidly evolving socio-political and corporate landscapes. Dr. Arfa eloquently conveyed that leadership is not defined by one’s position or material possessions, but rather by the internal compass of values, empathy, and humility. She argued that integrity and moral courage are the true currencies of leadership, and that the race for power should not strip individuals of their humanity.
