Apple and handwash theft case dismissed after Police Investigation in Lahore

LAHORE: The Investigation Wing of Islam Pura Police Station has dismissed a case related to the alleged theft of apples and hand wash after submitting an investigation report to the court.

According to police, during the course of investigation the case was found fit for cancellation, as the alleged loss was of a minor nature and no criminal offense was established. The report was prepared and submitted accordingly.

The case was dismissed under Section 95 of the Pakistan Penal Code on the orders of SSP Investigation Lahore, confirming that the matter involved negligible damage and did not constitute a cognizable crime.
