NANKANA SAHIB: Cant Heroes Hockey Club Jehlum won the Baba Gurunanak tournament organised by Baba Guru Nanank Hickey Academy Nankana Sahib. A large number of fans enjoyed the exciting final competition .

Around 32 teams from different districts of Punjab participated in the Baba Gurunanak Hockey Tournament organized by Baba Gurunanak Hockey Academy. The final match was played between Cant Heroes Hockey Club Jhelum and Taste land Hockey Academy Shah Kot, in which the Cant Heroes team won by 2-1 goals. Both the teams pushed the heel to win the match. A large number of fans enjoyed the exciting final competition. In the final match, international empires Yasir Khurshid and Mazhar Hussain performed the duties of Empire while Zahid Hameed was TV Empire. PML -N leader Mujtaba Jamal and former Olympian Anjum Saeed were chief guest of the final match. While social leaders Javed Iqbal, Dr. Abdul Razzaq, Zahid Bukhari, Ikramul Haq Gujar, Mirza Waheed, Usman Rafiq, Abdul Qayyum Dogar, Mushtaq Ahmed and all the players of the Vision Hockey Club Lahore also enjoyed the final match. At the end of the match, winner and runner -up teams were given prizes and to the players and officials who performed well. Players, officials and fans thanked the organizers Syed Ghulam Mujtaba Shah and Asad Javed for organizing this great tournament.
