LAHORE : Provincial Minister for Minority Affairs Ramesh Singh Arora has extended heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to General Hafiz Asim Munir on his elevation to the rank of Field Marshal. He termed this historic decision a milestone for Pakistan and a moment of great pride for the entire nation.
He stated that General Hafiz Asim’s promotion to Field Marshal is a recognition of his extraordinary military leadership, strategic vision, and tireless efforts for the integrity and security of Pakistan. “Field Marshal Hafiz Asim is a national hero who played a decisive role in the fight against terrorism and steered the country toward peace and stability,” he added.
Ramesh Singh Arora further said that the title of Field Marshal is a global acknowledgment of the greatness, sacrifices, and professionalism of the Pakistan Army. He emphasized that under the leadership of Hafiz Asim, Pakistan has achieved a historic victory, thwarting the nefarious designs of the enemy.
He said the conferment of the Field Marshal rank is truly deserved and sends a powerful message to future generations that the sacrifices of those who serve the nation are always remembered and honored. The Minister reiterated that Pakistan’s minority communities stand firmly shoulder to shoulder with the armed forces in defending, securing, and strengthening the country.
