LAHORE — In line with the special directives of the Chief Minister of Punjab, the Punjab Safe Cities Authority (PSCA) organized a solemn and spirited event to commemorate Yaum-e-Tashakkur (Day of Gratitude) following the historic victory in Ma’araka-e-Haq.

The event, held at the PSCA Headquarters in Lahore, paid rich tribute to the courage, sacrifice, and patriotic spirit of the Pakistan Armed Forces. The Authority honored the martyrs by displaying the national flag and their photographs on the digital monitoring wall of the Safe City system.
Heads of all PSCA units, including the Operations Commander IC3, offered special prayers for the martyrs. Officers and staff members expressed their emotions with fervent chants in support of the Pakistan Army and national unity.
Managing Director of PSCA, Ahsan Younas, stated that the entire nation is overjoyed by this decisive and historic triumph against India. “Pakistan Army, police, and all security institutions stand united in defense of national security, and Safe Cities Authority stands shoulder to shoulder with our armed forces,” he said.
According to the PSCA spokesperson, security surveillance of celebratory events and rallies across Punjab, including Lahore, is being conducted through the Safe Cities cameras to ensure public safety and law and order.
The Punjab Safe Cities Authority reiterated its firm resolve to remain aligned with the Pakistan Armed Forces in safeguarding the nation’s integrity and sovereignty.
