Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan (May his soul rest in peace) and H H Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of UAE and Ruler of Abu Dhabi, have sponsored 18 Hospitals and Health Centres fully equipped to provide medical care for people essentially in relatively less-developed places.

These include H.H Sheikh Khalifa Hospital Kharan, H H Sheikh Khalifa Hospital Rojhan, H.H. Sheikh Khalifa Healthcare Unit Basima, 250 x beds each hospitals at Muzaffarabad and Rawalakot (Azad Kashmir), H H Sheikh Zayed Medical College & Hospital Rahim Yar Khan, H H Sheikh Zayed Hospital for Women Larkana and H H Sheikh Khalifa Medical Complex Quetta and H H Sheikh Zayed Hospital Lahore, Regular Medical Camps are organized in far flung areas to provide communities with basic healthcare, where specialists (from Army and Civil) examine and treat the patients on site.

In addition, veterinary camps are also organized to treat the livestock of locals in the area like the Cholistan Desert, Rahim Yar Khan in coordination with Cholistan Development Authority and elsewhere in coordination with medical authorities.

H H Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan has always responded promptly in relief efforts during devastations caused by floods and natural calamities anywhere in Pakistan by arranging food items, tents, blankets and medicines. UAE provided over 371 million units of Polio vaccines to more than 57 million children between 2014-2018 through anti-polio drive under UAE-PAP (Pakistan Assistance Programme).

The whole-hearted support and donations following heavy floods in 2022 were gratefully acknowledged by affectees.
