LAHORE: Vision Alliance has secured victory in the Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) Associate Class elections, according to provisional results released after the completion of vote counting.
The provisional figures showed that a total of 9,728 votes were cast out of 19,087 registered votes in the Associate Class.

Vision Alliance received 4,523 panel votes, while the PPBA Alliance secured 3,470 panel votes. The PIAF-Mian Shafqat group received 39 panel votes.
According to the provisional results, 310 votes were rejected, while 1,386 votes were recorded as split votes, where voters did not fully support any single panel.
Vision Alliance maintained a lead of 1,053 votes over PPBA Alliance in the panel vote count. However, the split vote counting will further make the situation clear.
The results are subject to final confirmation by the LCCI Election Commission.
The victory follows the earlier announcement of Corporate Class results, in which Vision Alliance also secured a majority of seats on the LCCI Executive Committee.
Business community representatives congratulated Vision Alliance leadership and candidates, including Sheikh Ibrahim and Ali Hassan Asghar, on the election outcome.
