Under Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif’s directive, Pakistan has sent additional humanitarian aid to Gaza, with a plan to deliver 200 tons of relief supplies via two special flights.
The 17th batch, consisting of 100 tons of aid, was sent from Islamabad International Airport, with another 100 tons scheduled for dispatch soon.

This consignment includes 65 tons of ready-to-eat meals, 20 tons of powdered milk for children, 5 tons of biscuits, and 10 tons of medicines.
To date, 17 aid shipments totaling 1,715 tons have been sent, with the upcoming flight pushing the total to 1,815 tons.
Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar and NDMA Chairman Lieutenant General Inam Haider Malik attended the dispatch ceremony as chief guests, joined by senior officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, NDMA, and Al-Khidmat Foundation representatives.
Dar commended the NDMA, Al-Khidmat Foundation, and other organizations for their swift efforts and expressed gratitude.
He reiterated Pakistan’s unwavering support for the Palestinian people during these difficult times, pledging continued efforts to meet their needs. The Palestinian Ambassador expressed heartfelt thanks to Pakistan for the aid.
