LAHORE– In line with the vision of Chief Minister Punjab, DIG Investigation Syed Zeeshan Raza took direct notice of complaints submitted at the complaint cell and personally listened to citizens’ grievances.

Citizens appeared before DIG Investigation to report serious crimes including murder, attempted murder, fraud, abduction, and sexual assault. In a welcoming environment, people were allowed to sit and speak freely about their issues.
After hearing each case, DIG Investigation Syed Zeeshan Raza issued immediate instructions to the respective Divisional SPs (Investigation) for necessary action. He directed all investigation officers to resolve cases strictly on merit.
“The purpose of timely justice on complaints is to strengthen the connection between the public and the police,” stated DIG Zeeshan Raza. He emphasized that peace and order can only be achieved through the swift and fair delivery of justice.
“The complaints related to investigations are being addressed promptly,” he assured. He added that protection of citizens’ life and property is the police’s top priority.
DIG Raza further instructed officers to treat visiting citizens with respect and enhance their performance. “The doors of my office are always open for the public to resolve their issues,” he concluded.
