LAHORE: Member P&D Dr Ehsan Bhutta visited the work in progress under Chief Minister’s special initiative namely Lahore Package.
Officers of WASA and MCL were also present at this occasion. Dr. Ehsan Bhutta said that Punjab Govt. is especially focusing on provision of clean drinking water and sewerage facilities in all Towns of Lahore. He also told that M&E is monitoring and evaluation to ensure neat and clean drinking water and areas to uplift the living standards of citizens of Lahore city.
He inspected UC 206 sewer line alongwith tuff tiles are to be laid.
Dr. Ehsan Bhutta told that Lahore Package is being executed by local govt department (MCL under DC Lahore) with roads/tuff tiles.
Second component is under Housing department ( WASA) for sewerage and water supply schemes under CM special initiative named Lahore Package.
He directed all concerned officers and staff to complete all schemes with tuff tiles and cleaning sewer line by next Saturday.
Director General M&E team to ensure as public numbers taken and shared for follow up.
