Meeting held to discuss  NBP officers and executives pay package for 2026

LAHORE: meeting was held to discuss the proposed pay package for officers and executives for 2026, with participation from representatives of various officers’ associations who presented their views and recommendations.

The session was chaired by Divisional Head ERD HR Muhammad Jafar Sial, who welcomed the participants and emphasized the importance of constructive dialogue in shaping a fair and competitive compensation framework. He assured attendees that management would make every possible effort to improve the pay package in line with employees’ expectations and organizational goals.

Wing Head Minhas Waris Ali (SVP), Mansoor Qureshi (SVP), Nusrat, Irfan Khawaja, Qamar Hashmi and Imtiaz were also present at the meeting, contributing to the discussion on salary structures, benefits and related policy matters.

Representing the Officers Unity Association (Registered) Pakistan from Punjab, Chairman Tariq Mahmood Gujjar and Secretary General Mirza Irfan Baig provided a detailed briefing on the proposed pay package. They highlighted key concerns and offered suggestions aimed at ensuring equitable compensation, improved benefits and enhanced motivation for officers and executives.

Participants expressed appreciation for the opportunity to engage directly with senior management and reiterated their commitment to continued collaboration for the betterment of employees and the organization.
