The Health Department said the cases were detected within the past 24 hours and all patients have been shifted to Mayo Hospital for treatment and monitoring.

CEO Mayo Hospital Professor Haroon Hamid stated that the patients include 30-year-old Sultana Aram, 25-year-old Hamza, 33-year-old Nauman and 18-year-old Unas, all of whom tested positive through laboratory examinations.

He added that the hospital is providing complete medical care to the patients and their condition remains stable. Officials said the situation is being closely watched and preventive measures are being strengthened to keep the virus in check.

Health authorities have advised citizens to remain cautious, follow standard safety guidelines and seek medical attention if symptoms appear.
