ISLAMABAD (Web Desk) Four directors of the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) have had their resignations approved, according to an official notification issued by the government. The resignations take effect retroactively from November 20, 2025.

The officials include:
• Deputy Director Sarfaraz Chaudhry
• Assistant Director Muhammad Usman
• Assistant Director Muhammad Shoaib Riaz – whose services were returned following resignation approval
• Assistant Director Asma Majid – who resigned to join the National Forensic Agency
The resignations come amid high-profile allegations by well-known YouTuber Saad ur Rehman, aka Duky Bahi, who had accused Deputy Director Sarfaraz Chaudhry of serious misconduct. Assistant Director Muhammad Shoaib Riaz was the investigating officer in the “Duky Bahi case,” while Assistant Director Muhammad Usman faces a separate case registered in Islamabad.
The official notification confirms that all four resignations have been formally accepted and processed. The development highlights ongoing scrutiny of cybercrime investigations and related administrative accountability in Pakistan.
