LAHORE – A high-level trade delegation from Uzbekistan, accompanied by His Excellency Mr. Bakhrom Yusupov, Economic & Trade Counselor at the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Islamabad, visited the state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities of Power Vision Systems and Pak Tractor Manufacturing Company – renowned exporters of the ATS brand of diesel engines and tractors.
The delegation also included Mr. Salman Masood, Deputy Secretary at the Ministry of Industries, Government of Pakistan, and a representative from the Engineering Development Board (EDB), Government of Pakistan.
The guests were warmly received by Mr. Humza Amjad Wazir, Chairman of the Group, along with Mr. Sohail Rana, Chief Operating Officer, and Mr. Kamran Mallik, Business Development Manager. The visiting delegation was given a comprehensive tour of the modern facilities, where they observed the latest manufacturing technologies and innovations powering the ATS brand.
Impressed by the technological advancements and professional standards of the factories, the Uzbek delegation expressed strong interest in enhancing trade collaboration and fostering export-import ties between the two brotherly nations.
At the conclusion of the visit, Mr. Humza Amjad Wazir expressed gratitude for the delegation’s visit and reaffirmed his commitment to building strong business relations with Uzbekistan, highlighting the potential for mutual growth in the industrial and agricultural machinery sectors.
