LAHORE: its 77th meeting of the fiscal year 2024–25, the Provincial Development Working Party (PDWP), chaired by Chairman P&D Board Barrister Nabeel Ahmad Awan, approved three development schemes totaling Rs 5.094 billion.

The approved schemes are as follows:
1. CM Punjab: Progressive Control of Foot and Mouth Disease (FMD) in Punjab Estimated cost: Rs 863.50 million
2. Rehabilitation/Improvement of Lahore Raiwind Road from Lake City to Raiwind (Length: 10.00 km), District Lahore (Revised) Estimated cost: Rs 1,992.347 million
3. Construction of District Jail, Nankana Sahib (NRP) (Revised) Estimated cost: Rs 2,238.17 million
The meeting was attended by Secretary P&D Board Dr. Asif Tufail, Chief Economist Masood Anwar, members of the P&D Board, and other senior officers.
