NANKANA SAHIB: New solar system inaugurated at Government Fatima Jinnah High School Nankana Sahib.

CEO District Education Authority Shazia Bano and Assistant Commissioner Atiya Inayat inaugurated the solar system. Speaking on the occasion, CEO Education Shazia Bano said that the funds for the 6 KV solar system in the school have been given to the school teachers, former students and the community and this system will provide uninterrupted power supply to more than 700 students studying here. Which will further improve educational activities. She said that after the instalment of solar system, millions of rupees spent on electricity bills will be spent on the improvement of the school and the welfare of the students. She also expressed her commitment that all the government schools of the district will be transferred to the solar system very soon. Assistant Commissioner Atiya Inayat appreciated the efforts of the District Education Department for installing solar systems in the government schools and urged the teachers to educate the students well.
