LAHORE : The Embassy of Uzbekistan in Pakistan and the Tourism Committee of Uzbekistan successfully hosted the “Uzbekistan Tourism Roadshow – 2025″*l at the Pearl Continental Hotel, Lahore. The grand event showcased the rich cultural heritage, tourism potential, and hospitality of Uzbekistan, drawing strong participation from the business and travel communities.

President of the Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI), Mian Abuzar Shad, graced the occasion as Guest of Honor. In his remarks, he praised the growing bilateral relations between Pakistan and Uzbekistan, especially in tourism and trade. He emphasized the potential for enhanced collaboration in cultural exchange and hospitality sectors, noting that events like these open new avenues for mutual growth and understanding.
The roadshow featured participation from around 100 leading travel and tour companies, hospitality stakeholders, and representatives from both countries. It served as a platform for B2B networking, tourism promotion, and discussion on future investment prospects in the tourism industry.
Attendees were also treated to an immersive cultural experience with traditional Uzbek music and dance performances, along with a delectable spread of authentic Uzbek cuisine that highlighted the country’s rich culinary heritage.
Sarvar, representative the Uzbek embassy, warmly thanked the Pakistani business community and media representatives for their active participation and continued support in strengthening tourism ties between the two nations.
The event concluded with souvenir exchanges and a renewed commitment to foster deeper cooperation in tourism, trade, and cultural exchanges between Pakistan and Uzbekistan.
