LAHORE: The Lahore Police saved the life of a blind man through timely action. According to details, a blind man named Imran Aziz, who had come from Rawalpindi, attempted self-immolation by pouring petrol during a protest outside the Press Club.

The Lahore Police Operations Wing was present to ensure the safety of the protest. ASI Yousaf from Qila Gujjar Singh quickly extinguished the fire and rescued the protester, Imran. DIG Operations Faisal Kamran praised the police officer for saving the blind man’s life and also announced the issuance of a certificate of appreciation. Blind individuals are protesting outside the Press Club for their demands.
