LAHORE: Opposition members have protested against the decision regarding founder of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and his wife at the Punjab Assembly.

The opposition members are holding banners and pictures of the founder of PTI in their hands.
Opposition leader Ahmed Khan Bhachar said while talking to the media that January 17 is the darkest day in the history of Pakistan. The Islamic University, which was supposed to teach Seerat-un-Nabi, sentenced the great leader of Muslims in a brutal manner by making a drama of the Qadir Trust.
The founder’s sentence has moral and political aspects. No punishment is made from nowhere. The technical aspect was that the NCA seized Malik Riaz’s accounts in the UK and Malik Riaz was involved in money laundering, so they were seized.

If there is proceeds of crime, the government can claim it. If there is no money from crimes, the government cannot claim it. There is no evidence. 190 million pounds is the money from crimes. When the NAB investigation officer gave a witness statement in the Qadir Trust case, he admitted on oath that the money in the Malik Riaz family accounts is not the money from crime.
Ahmed Khan Bhachar said When the Shahbaz government came, why didn’t both governments try to seize it? The NAB’s false case is the property of the government on one basis. It is destroyed. Is the cabinet decision wrong? The cabinet decision was kept secret. The NCA decided to unfreeze it. There was no money laundering or criminal activity. The government had no right to the one hundred and ninety million pounds. Neither the founder nor the wife is guilty.
Is Al-Qadir University a non-profit university? Is it a crime to be a trustee of this organization?
If the decision was made through the divine scripture, no money was given to the founder or Bibi.
No crime was committed, nor was the national treasury damaged, but foreign exchange came to Pakistan, which was ignored. The whole world will condemn the founder’s punishment. Pakistan’s face was tarnished for personal gain. They were not being punished. The country is heading towards anarchy again. If the establishment did not play a role in this decision, then who is it? We were moving forward. The decision will harm the negotiations. These dead bodies, living bodies, should not bear their burden. They should be held responsible for the decision. This government, uncle and niece, is responsible for the decision that was made against Khan.
