LAHORE: A ceremony was held at the office of the DIG Operations Lahore to honor SHOs who have contributed significantly to reducing the crime rate in the district. DIG Operations Muhammad Faisal Kamran distributed cash rewards and certificates of appreciation to the top ten SHOs, recognizing their exceptional performance over the past four months. During the ceremony, Faisal Kamran commended the SHOs for their crucial role in lowering the crime graph and maintaining law and order. He emphasized the importance of continued efforts against criminal elements and assured that officers and personnel demonstrating outstanding performance would be recognized at all levels. Sub-Inspector Zahid Mahmood, SHO of Islampura, was ranked first among the top ten SHOs for his exemplary performance. Sub-Inspector Muhammad Tahseen Najam, SHO of Nawab Town, secured the second position, while Inspector Mian Khalid Mahmood, SHO of Sherakot, ranked third. Other SHOs who received awards included Inspector Muhammad Imran Qamar (SHO Iqbal Town), Sub-Inspector Asif Javed (SHO Shafiqabad), Inspector Rafiullah Khan (SHO Nawan Kot), Inspector Nasir Hameed (SHO Chuhang), Sub-Inspector Hammad Hussain (Former SHO Qila Gujjar Singh), Inspector Abdul Waheed (SHO Batapur), and Inspector Imran Khan (SHO Lower Mall). DIG Faisal Kamran highlighted the need for sustained dedication to combating crime and reiterated the department’s commitment to acknowledging the efforts of its officers. He urged the SHOs to continue their exceptional work in the future to uphold safety and security in Lahore.
