LAHORE: In the meeting of the Public Accounts Committee One of the Punjab Assembly, Chairman and Opposition Leader Malik Ahmed Khan expressed his anger over the non-payment of more than 20 million rupees by the Health Department and ordered an inquiry.
In the PAC 1 Committee, 26.5 million rupees are due for four years in the form of bills of Nishtar Hospital Multan Canteen and residential colonies.
The Public Accounts Committee of the Punjab Assembly said that the Health Department has not recovered the payments of 20 million rupees of electricity bills of Multan Nishtar Hospital Canteen and residential colonies.
The Punjab Assembly Public Accounts Committee ordered an immediate inquiry and directed action against those who manipulated the bills of Nishtar Hospital Canteen.CM Maryam seeks transparency and merit for appointment and hiring purposes in PERA
Opposition Leader Malik Ahmed Bhachar said that why the Health Department has not recovered 20 million rupees since 2021? Action should be taken against those who caused damage to the treasury in the form of bills of Nishtar Hospital Multan Canteen.
