LAHORE : European Air Safety Agency (EASA) has decided to lift the ban on Pakistani airlines.

EASA has formally informed the Pakistani Ministry of Aviation and PIA management in its letter.
EASA congratulates the PIA team and management for meeting their strictest ststandards.
The PIA management will continue to fully comply with EASA and its rules and regulations.
The PIA management has crossed this important milestone after the last 4 years of tireless work.
PIA CEO Air Vice Marshall Amir Hayat has congratulated the Ministry of Aviation, Civil Aviation Authority, PIA team and the entire aviation industry on this historic occasion for their full cooperation.
After this ban, the entire nation will now be able to travel directly to European sectors on its national airline again.
The lifting of the ban is a clear proof of PIA’s commitment to air safety regulations.
