White-collar crime often involves the misuse of financial systems, illegal transactions and the movement of illicit funds through bank accounts and business networks. Such offences can cause significant financial losses, undermine fair competition and weaken public confidence in institutions.
Investigating these crimes requires professional expertise, persistent efforts and the ability to trace financial transactions to identify potential wrongdoing.
Khan’s recognition underscores the role of investigative officers in addressing financial crime and strengthening accountability through effective investigations.
