Over 30 business leaders join Progressive Group at Lahore Chamber, expressing confidence in Khalid Usman’s leadership during a ceremony held in Johar Town.

LAHORE:  In a significant development within the business community of Lahore, more than 30 prominent corporate leaders formally joined the Progressive Group at the Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry, expressing strong confidence in the leadership of President Engineer Khalid Usman.

The joining ceremony was held at a local restaurant in Johar Town, where a large number of business figures gathered to show their support for the chamber’s current leadership. The event was marked by an atmosphere of unity and optimism, reflecting growing trust in the Progressive Group’s policies and vision.

The delegation of business leaders was led by Mian Arshad Jameel, CEO of Grace Services, who announced the decision along with his colleagues. Speaking on the occasion, Mian Arshad Jameel said that the business community was increasingly aligning with the Progressive Group due to its practical approach, transparent policies, and commitment to addressing key challenges faced by traders and industrialists.

“We have joined the Progressive Group because we believe in the dynamic and result-oriented leadership of Engineer Khalid Usman,” he said. “His team has demonstrated sincerity and dedication towards resolving business community issues and promoting economic growth.”

Addressing the ceremony, Engineer Khalid Usman welcomed the new members and thanked them for reposing confidence in his leadership. He emphasized that the Progressive Group remains committed to serving the business community with honesty, professionalism, and strategic vision.

“Our doors are always open for the business community. We are working tirelessly to ensure that the concerns of traders and industrialists are addressed at all levels,” he stated. “This growing support strengthens our resolve to continue working for the development and stability of the economy.”

He further said that unity among business leaders is crucial in the current economic climate and assured that the chamber would play an effective role in policy advocacy, trade facilitation, and industrial growth.

Participants of the event appreciated the leadership of Khalid Usman and acknowledged the chamber’s efforts in representing the business community effectively. They noted that under his leadership, the chamber has become more active, responsive, and focused on delivering tangible results.

The ceremony also featured a lavish dinner, where guests were served a variety of traditional and continental dishes. The gathering provided an opportunity for networking and exchange of ideas among leading businessmen and entrepreneurs.

The inclusion of over 30 corporate leaders into the Progressive Group is being seen as a major boost for the group’s position within the chamber, further consolidating its influence and outreach.
