LAHORE: Senate Chairman Yusuf Raza Gilani has said that if the People’s Party is given adequate space in Punjab, then the party leadership will be consulted on joining the cabinet.
The People’s Party wants political and economic stability in the country. He was talking to the media after a warm reception by the party workers at his residence.
Yusuf Raza Gilani said that People’s Party will decide to join the federal and provincial cabinet after seeing the share of Punjab.
Pakistan People’s Party on defamation bill has been a detailed discussion with the chairman of the party, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, the People’s Party wants the concerns of journalists to be removed.
Parliamentary leader Syed Haider Gilani was also with him. Earlier, on the occasion of the arrival of Yusuf Raza Gilani at his residence in Defense, Jayals were welcomed with a band. Ali Qasim Gilani said that he is grateful for the efforts of Edwin Sohotra, Basharat Bishi and other workers.
