The District Kacheri court approved the bail applications of the accused following a compromise between the parties. During the hearing, the complainant stated they no longer wished to pursue legal action and had no objection to the acquittal or discharge of the suspects.
Judicial Magistrate Shafqat Abbas presided over the proceedings. The case had been registered earlier by Bhati Gate police.
Those released include Salman Yaseen, Usman Yaseen, Ahmed Nawaz, along with two others. While the legal process has reached a full stop for now, the incident continues to cast a long shadow over public safety and responsibility.
