LAHORE – The Punjab Provincial Cooperative Bank Ltd (PPCBL) has entered into an agreement with TouchPoint for the provision of ATM machine services, marking a significant step toward strengthening the bank’s digital banking infrastructure.
The collaboration aims to ensure greater reliability, improved uptime, and enhanced customer satisfaction across PPCBL’s ATM network. With TouchPoint’s proven expertise and responsive support, the bank is confident of delivering seamless, high-quality services to its customers.
The signing ceremony was attended by Shahram Raza Bakhtiari, President of PPCBL, and Tabish Sabah, CEO of TouchPoint.
Speaking on the occasion, PPCBL officials expressed optimism that the partnership would boost operational efficiency and contribute to the bank’s future growth.
