LAHORE: Provincial Minister for Minority Affairs, Sardar Ramesh Singh Arora, attended a memorial prayer service held in Kasur to express condolences on the passing of the mother of District Minority Affairs Coordinator, Daud Sharif Sahotra.

During the service, special prayers were offered for the eternal peace of the departed soul and for strength and comfort for the bereaved family.
Speaking on the occasion, Minister Ramesh Singh Arora paid tribute to the late mother, describing her as a devout, kind-hearted, and service-oriented woman who lived her life in accordance with Christian values. He noted that she was a dignified and respectable personality who raised her children with strong moral guidance and contributed positively to society.
The memorial service was attended by community leaders, members of the Christian clergy, civil society representatives, and local residents, all of whom expressed solidarity with the Sahotra family in their time of grief.
