LAHORE: The Pakistan People Party (PPP) ticket holders who lost election by more than 20,000 votes will also be given funds of Rs250 million, the PPP and PML-N leaders qouted as deciding in a meeting.

The meeting of the coordination committee of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) and Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) has agreed to continue political support for the overall development and public relief of Punjab province.

It was decided in the meeting the PPP ticket holders who lost by more than 20,000 votes will also be given funds of 25 crores.
Women members of assembly would be given a development funds of 10 crores each, it was decided.

The leaders of both the parties discussed the proposals to improve mutual cooperation. For the betterment of farmers, agriculture, youth and other sections of Punjab, development.

It was decided that Initiatives would be taken in the agreed circles and provision of solar systems to the people.

Hasan Murtaza, Nadeem Afzal Chan, Haider Gilani represented the PPP while Senior Punjab Minister Maryam Aurangzeb represented Punjab Chief Minister.

Hasan Murtaza said disagreement was the party’s fundamental right and “we agree to solve public issues together,” he said.[:]
